lAdopting a chain transmission mechanism, which has the advantages of large force transmission and stable operation, and can maintain precise displacement control under high loads.
lOn-site testing without sampling. It can test large, assembled, inconveniently moved and non-cuttable workpieces of various materials, sizes and shapes, and can test in any direction, including upper, lower, side, and even inverted testing can get accurate results.
lThe instrument uses 1000kg force and 10mm ball. The permanent indentation left after testing can be re-inspected at any time, and the existence of the indentation indicates that the workpiece has been tested for hardness.
lThe calibration accuracy of the test force reaches ±1% of the rated load, and the hardness test accuracy is the same as that of the desktop machine.
lMultiple test forces and multiple ball indenters can be used. It has a wide test range, reaching 16~650HBW.
lThe test conditions and accuracy comply with the standards: GB/T231.1, ISO6506, ASTM E10.
