About the automatic calibration function
Automatic calibration of CO2 levels using atmospheric air .After 8 days of continuous operation, the CO2 level is automatically calibrated.
The lowest daily measurement value is recorded and the average value is used to calibrate the unit to 400 ppm.
You can choose from ON, OFF, or ONCE (one time only). Please refer to the instruction manual for details.
*Poorly ventilated locations or locations with consistently high CO2 levels can cause measurement errors. Please install the device near a window where ventilation is as good as possible.
*When using the device in an environment where CO2 levels are consistently high, please turn off automatic calibration. If the measurement values are incorrect, please leave the device in a well-ventilated environment such as near a window for at least 30 minutes and then reset the device to the factory settings in RcFS setting mode.
*Perform calibration in a well-ventilated environment such as near a window away from direct sunlight.
Product features
The CO2 level LED display allows you to customize the reference value (PPM) yourself.
Use the USB cable that comes with the product to power it from a device with a USB port.*1 This device is designed to monitor the appropriateness of CO2 in daily life. Never install or manage this device in an environment with low oxygen concentration (e.g., an environment with CO2 exceeding 1500 ppm) as this is dangerous.
*2 Do not place the device in direct sunlight, such as on a dashboard, and observe the storage and operating temperature ranges. Also, do not install the device in a location that may interfere with driving or safety.
