The F503 is an energy storage multi-functional fire and gas detection instrument that can simultaneously detect five media: smoke, carbon monoxide, hydrogen, VOC, and temperature. The instrument is manufactured by combining advanced fully automatic surface-mounting technology with high-performance detection components and computer micro-control technology. The product has functions such as on-site buzzer indication sound and on-site flashing indicator light. The operating status is clear at a glance. It is sensitive in detection and has a rapid response. The energy storage point-type fire detector adopts a four-bus RS485 output mode, which has the characteristics of long transmission distance and good anti-interference performance. It is small in size and can be directly installed in the energy storage container. It supports remote data transmission and conducts real-time, simultaneous, and all-round precise monitoring and analysis of the thermal runaway characteristic quantities of the energy storage lithium battery, which can effectively achieve the monitoring and alarm of the thermal runaway of the lithium battery. This equipment can be widely used in energy storage power stations and industrial and commercial energy storage and other occasions.

GB/T 42288-2022 "Safety Regulations for Electrochemical Energy Storage Power Stations" 5.6.4 stipulates that the battery room/cabin should be equipped with fire detectors such as combustible gas detectors, temperature detectors, and smoke detectors. Each battery module can be separately equipped with a detector.
