Unique temperature performance
The RTC  series dry block furnace can precisely calibrate various models and types of temperature probes This is thanks to its advanced dual-zone heating technology .
All JOFRA RTC  series dry block furnaces feature dual-zone heating (RTC-700 has triple-zone heating ).  Each heating zone can be individually controlled for temperature measurement The temperature consistency at the bottom of the heating block closely approximates the specifications of a laboratory liquid bath The lower heating zone ensures appropriate heat dissipation for the entire heating block while the upper heating zone compensates for heat loss from the upper part of the heating element and the sensor under test This design eliminates the need for heat insulation of the probe under test and can calibrate liquid-filled or other mechanical probes.
 DLC –  Dynamic Load Compensation Technology
To achieve better temperature field consistency in conjunction with dual-zone heating technology, we have developed DLC ( Dynamic Load Compensation technology, which is currently under application.
With this new technology, the accuracy of the calibration system will not be affected by sensor load, especially when calibrating multiple or large sensors. To achieve this, we have developed a new DLC probe to dynamically compensate for the effects of load.
The RTC dry block furnace is equipped with dynamic dual-zone heating technology, which keeps the temperature of the top and bottom of the casing consistent, minimizing the temperature difference between them.
DLC technology not only controls the temperature field consistency of the heated well but also the temperature field consistency within the casing. The DLC probe monitors subtle changes in the temperature field within the casing and feeds the data back to the dual-zone heating system, which then dynamically compensates for the temperature field changes. In this way , DLC technology ensures that temperature field consistency is unaffected by the load.
