Sensor Design: The GTYQ-MIC-600 online gas detector uses pluggable digital sensors that support intelligent recognition and require no calibration; it features sensor loss alarms and end-of-life warnings. Sensor lifespans vary by type: electrochemical, catalytic combustion, and PID sensors last 2–3 years; infrared sensors can last 5–10 years; and thermal conductivity sensors last 2–5 years.

 

Operation and Interaction: Equipped with a 4-button control panel, it supports an infrared remote control (with a range of 15 meters) and an optional magnetic wand touch control, allowing for operation without opening the housing. It comes standard with a 2.0-inch color LCD screen, with an optional high-brightness LED segment display. The screen displays real-time concentration, peak values, weighted averages, real-time trends, and alarm status. It supports Chinese and English interfaces, with other languages available upon request.

 

Comprehensive Outputs and Communication: Integrates 4–20 mA three-wire output, dry contact relay, and RS485 interface; optional wireless transmission methods include HART protocol, LoRa/LoRaWAN, 4G, and NB-IoT, supporting remote maintenance.

Data Management: Built-in storage capacity exceeds 100,000 records. Storage intervals can be freely configured, and the device supports data viewing, deletion, export, and factory data restoration.

 

Calibration and Misoperation Prevention: The GTYQ-MIC-600 online gas detector features automatic zero-point tracking, multi-level target-point calibration, and misoperation detection functions to ensure detection accuracy.

 

Safety Protection: Intrinsically safe circuit design, explosion-proof rating Ex db IIC T6 Gb, protection rating IP66 (customizable to IP67), and equipped with vibration resistance, anti-static, and radiation resistance capabilities.
