The Eranntex GTYQ-MIC-600-O3 online ozone detector provides 24-hour continuous online monitoring of ozone concentrations, temperature and humidity measurements, and provides on-site concentration display, audible and visual alarms for exceeding limits, and remote data transmission. It features a 2.5-inch high-definition color screen for real-time concentration display. It utilizes leading-edge electrochemical, infrared, catalytic combustion, thermal conductivity, and PID photoionization gas sensors, along with Swiss high-precision capacitive digital temperature and humidity sensors, tailored to the specific gas being detected. The MIC-600's advanced circuit design and sophisticated core algorithm processing have resulted in multiple software and design patents, resulting in a new generation of industry-leading, multifunctional online composite gas detector and alarm. The MIC-600 can monitor gas concentrations in pipelines, confined spaces, and atmospheric environments, detect gas leaks, and even measure the purity of high-concentration single gases. Its durable explosion-proof housing and fluorocarbon paint finish are suitable for hazardous locations and corrosive environments with strong acids and alkalis, offering abrasion resistance and a 10-year resistance to fading and peeling.

The Eranntex GTYQ-MIC-600-O3 online ozone detector is intrinsically safe circuit design is explosion-proof certified, and it features Class II lightning and anti-static protection (exceeding national standards). It's resistant to high-intensity pulse surge currents and features a reverse polarity design to ensure that any reverse polarity won't damage the instrument. The detector complies with EMI/EMC standards and has passed national standard testing and CMC metrology certification. Implementation standards include GB15322.1-2003, GB 3836.1—2010, GB 3836.2—2010, and GB 3836.4—2010; supports both RS485 (RTU) bus and 4-20mA signal output, provides three relay switches and optional on-site audible and visual alarms, and offers optional frequency outputs of 200-1000Hz, Hart protocol, 1-5V output, or wireless transmission (2-5 km/unlimited distance). It supports wired and wireless remote monitoring, and data can be uploaded to a mobile phone or transmitted via a LAN or the Internet to an environmental protection bureau, monitoring center, terminal device, or computer. Real-time concentration monitoring is achieved using free host software or a gas alarm controller.

GTYQ-MIC-600-O3 online ozone detector Features:

● Compatible with various secondary meters, data acquisition modules, PLCs, and DCS systems, it can directly drive solenoid valves, fans, alarms, and other devices, and can also drive high-power devices via intermediate relays. The optional MIC2000 controller can simultaneously monitor up to 1000 detectors.

● Large-capacity data storage allows recording of real-time concentration values, temperature and humidity, or simply alarm values and times. The device supports local storage or SD card storage. The standard local storage capacity is 100,000 records. Please specify when ordering for a larger capacity. SD card storage capacity is customizable. Data export and analysis are performed using free host software. Data can be viewed and deleted locally. The device can be configured to automatically overwrite or not overwrite data when capacity is insufficient, and to automatically stop recording.

●The standard infrared remote control allows for operations in hazardous locations without opening the cover, such as changing alarm points, calibrating concentrations, zeroing, silencing, restoring factory settings, entering menus, viewing records, and outputting 4mA and 20mA currents (required for calibrating other data acquisition devices).

● Available in Chinese and English, the default interface is Chinese. Gas concentration units can be freely switched. Molecular weight input is not required for conventional gases, but it is automatically calculated and switched for special gases upon input. Available units include PPM, mg/m³, Vol%, LEL%, PPHM, ppb, and mg/L.

● A 2.5-inch high-definition color screen (LCM) displays real-time concentration, time, temperature, humidity, storage status, and other information. It can simultaneously monitor 1-6 gas concentrations, temperature, and humidity. The menu interface uses high-definition, realistic icons to display the function names of each menu, and provides simple operation instructions in Chinese or English.

● Three display modes are switchable: simultaneous display of multiple gas concentrations, large-font, looped display of single-channel gas concentrations, and real-time curves. Channels can be automatically or manually cycled. Display of maximum and minimum values, gas names, and historical curves can be configured.

● Automatic zero tracking prevents drift, temperature compensation, and multi-level calibration ensure compliance with national standards and local and provincial metrology bureau standards.

● Data recovery and automatic detection and prevention of concentration calibration errors prevent problems caused by improper operation.

● Records calibration logs, maintenance logs, troubleshooting solutions, sensor life expiration reminders, and reminders for the next concentration calibration.
