The Eranntex built-in pump-suction combustible gas detector is designed to detect combustible gas accumulation and leaks exceeding specified limits. Its primary detection principles include laser TDLAS, infrared, and catalytic combustion. This product utilizes advanced circuit design and sophisticated core algorithms, and holds multiple software patents. It is suitable for applications such as urban pipe networks, confined spaces, sewage pipes, valve wells, and septic tanks.

The Eranntex GTYQ-MIC-600-L built-in pump-suction combustible gas detector is waterproof, dustproof, explosion-proof, vibration-proof, and corrosion-resistant. It adopts an intrinsically safe design, is resistant to static electricity and electromagnetic interference, and has an IP68 protection rating. Its ultra-low-power battery-operated design provides a standby time of over five years, and its sealed and waterproof structure completely prevents water damage. It features a built-in pump-suction measurement (optional diffusion method) with data storage. Alarm levels are programmable, including low, high, interval, and weighted average alarms. It supports GPRS/4G/NB-IOT/LoRa/Bluetooth wireless communication and can be connected to liquid level sensors for intelligent switching and submersion alarms. Integrated GPS/Beidou positioning supports motion and tilt alarms, as well as location tracking. It features a battery level indicator and pump blockage detection, with intelligent switching to prevent gas line blockage. High-precision temperature and humidity measurement are optional. It supports simultaneous detection of one to six gases in units selectable from PPM, mg/m³, Vol%, and LEL%, with customizable features. It also offers automatic zero tracking and multi-level calibration at target points.

Application Scenarios and Monitoring Principles

The monitoring device is primarily used in urban pipe networks, confined spaces, sewage pipes, valve wells, septic tanks, and other locations. The device collects sensor data and contact signals onto the mainboard. After processing and packaging, the data is transmitted to the monitoring center via a GPRS/4G/NB-IOT wireless module. When abnormal monitoring values occur, the monitoring device immediately uploads an alarm message.

System Network Topology Diagram

The system consists of front-end monitoring equipment, a transmission network, and a back-end emergency management platform, enabling online real-time monitoring. Users can access monitoring center data using mobile devices or computers.
