Fixed Hydrogen Sulfide Gas Detector The fixed hydrogen sulfide detector is designed for 24-hour continuous online monitoring of hydrogen sulfide gas concentration and measurement of temperature and humidity at the site. It provides on-site concentration display with audible and visual alarms for exceedances, along with remote data transmission.

Fixed Hydrogen Sulfide Detector Summary:

The Fixed Hydrogen Sulfide Gas Detector is designed for 24/7 continuous online monitoring of hydrogen sulfide gas concentration and temperature/humidity measurement at the site. It features on-site concentration display, audible and visual alarms for exceedances, and remote data transmission. Features a 2.5-inch high-definition color screen for real-time concentration display. Selects industry-leading gas sensors based on target gas type: electrochemical, infrared, catalytic combustion, thermal conductivity, or PID photoionization principles. Incorporates a Swiss-made high-precision capacitive digital temperature/humidity sensor. Constructed with a rugged explosion-proof housing and fluorocarbon paint finish, suitable for hazardous locations and corrosive environments with strong acids/alkalis. Resistant to wear and tear, guaranteed not to fade or peel for 10 years.

Fixed Hydrogen Sulfide Gas Detector

Fixed Hydrogen Sulfide Detector Product Features:

● Intrinsically safe circuit design with explosion-proof certification. Level 2 lightning and static protection exceeding national standards, withstanding high-intensity surge currents. High reliability and stability. Reverse polarity protection prevents damage from any connection configuration.

● Complies with EMI/EMC standards, passes national testing, and holds CMC metrological instrument certification.

Standards Compliance:

GB15322.1-2003

GB 3836.1—2010 “Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Atmospheres - General Requirements”

GB 3836.2—2010 Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Atmospheres - Flameproof Enclosures “d”

GB 3836.4—2010 Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Atmospheres - Intrinsically Safe “i”

● Simultaneous output of standard RS485 bus (RTU) and 4–20mA standard signal, 3 sets of relay switch outputs, on-site audible/visual alarm (optional). Optional frequency output 200-1000Hz, Hart protocol signal, 1-5V output, wireless transmission (2-5 km or unlimited distance). Supports wired or wireless remote real-time monitoring, uploading data to mobile devices or transmitting via LAN/Internet to environmental protection bureaus, monitoring centers, monitoring equipment, or monitoring computers. Real-time on-site concentration monitoring via free PC software or gas alarm controllers.

● Compatible with various secondary meters, data acquisition modules, PLCs, and DCS systems. Directly drives solenoid valves, fans, alarms, etc., or drives high-power equipment via intermediate relays. Optional MIC2000 controller supports simultaneous monitoring of 1000 detectors.

● Large-capacity data storage records real-time concentration values, temperature/humidity, or only alarm values and timestamps. Supports local storage or SD card storage. Local storage has a standard capacity of 100,000 records; specify larger capacity when ordering. SD card storage capacity is customizable. Data export and analysis are performed via free PC software. Data can be viewed or deleted locally. Settings include automatic data overwriting or non-overwriting when capacity is insufficient, and automatic recording stop functionality.

● Standard infrared remote control enables operation without opening the housing in hazardous environments. Functions include: alarm point adjustment, concentration calibration, zero calibration, alarm silencing, factory reset, menu access, data review, 4mA output, and 20mA output (required for calibrating other data acquisition devices).

● Selectable Chinese/English interface (default Chinese). Supports free switching of gas concentration units. No molecular weight input required for common gases; special gases automatically calculate and switch units upon input. Available units: PPM, mg/m³, Vol%, LEL%, PPHM, ppb, mg/L.

● 2.5-inch high-definition color display (LCM) shows real-time concentration, time, temperature, humidity, storage status, etc. Simultaneously monitors 1-6 gas concentrations plus temperature/humidity. Menu interface uses high-definition simulated icons to display function names with clear Chinese or English prompts.

● Three display modes switchable: Simultaneous multi-gas concentration display, large-font cyclic single-channel gas concentration display, real-time curve display. Automatic or manual channel cycling switchable. Configurable to show max/min values, gas names, and historical curve graphs.

● Automatic zero tracking prevents drift. Features temperature compensation and multi-level calibration, simultaneously compliant with national standards and regional/provincial metrology bureau requirements.

● Data recovery function. Automatically identifies and prevents incorrect concentration calibration operations, avoiding adverse effects from improper handling.

● Records calibration logs, maintenance logs, and troubleshooting measures. Includes sensor lifespan expiration alerts and next concentration calibration reminder functionality.
