Fixed Oxygen Detector O2 Description: The Fixed Oxygen Detector O2 delivers high reliability and stability, suitable for various scenarios requiring real-time oxygen concentration monitoring. It provides robust support for workplace safety and environmental monitoring, meeting diverse procurement and operational needs.
I. Equipment Safety and Compliance Assurance
The GTYQ-MIC-600 Fixed Oxygen Detector employs intrinsically safe circuit design with explosion-proof certification. It features Level 2 lightning and electrostatic protection exceeding national standards, capable of withstanding high-intensity pulse surge currents. The device incorporates reverse polarity protection, ensuring no damage occurs regardless of connection type, thereby safeguarding safe operation in complex environments.
Regarding compliance, this detector meets EMI and EMC standards, passes national testing requirements, and holds CMC measurement instrument certification. It strictly adheres to multiple standards including GB15322.1-2003, GB 3836.1—2010, GB 3836.2—2010, GB 3836.4-2010, and other standards. This ensures compliance and safety during use in special environments such as explosive gas atmospheres, providing reliable reference for user procurement and operation.
II. Flexible Signal Output and Remote Monitoring
The instrument features simultaneous output via standard RS485 bus (RTU) and 4–20mA standard signal, plus three sets of relay switch outputs. On-site audible/visual alarms are available as optional accessories. Additionally, optional features include 200-1000Hz frequency output, HART protocol signals, 1-5V output, and wireless transmission (2-5 km or unlimited range), accommodating diverse signal transmission requirements across different scenarios.
These capabilities enable users to implement wired or wireless remote real-time monitoring, uploading detection data to mobile devices or transmitting it via LAN/Internet to environmental protection bureaus, monitoring centers, surveillance equipment, and monitoring computers. Through free PC software or gas alarm controllers, users can monitor on-site oxygen concentration in real time, facilitating timely access to monitoring data for informed decision-making.
III. Compatibility and Data Storage Advantages
This detector offers strong compatibility with various secondary meters, data acquisition modules, PLCs, and DCS systems. It can directly drive devices like solenoid valves, fans, and alarms, or drive high-power equipment via intermediate relays. When paired with the optional MIC2000 controller, it can simultaneously monitor up to 1000 detectors, meeting the demands of large-scale monitoring scenarios.
For data storage, the device features large-capacity capabilities, recording real-time concentration values, temperature, and humidity, or optionally logging only alarm triggers and timestamps. It supports both internal memory and SD card storage. The standard internal storage holds 100,000 records, with larger capacities available upon request. SD card storage capacity is also customizable. Users can export and analyze data via free PC software, view or delete data locally, and configure settings for automatic data overwriting when capacity is low, non-overwriting, or automatic recording cessation. This flexibility accommodates diverse data management requirements.
IIII. User-Friendly Operation and Clear Display
The instrument comes standard with an infrared remote control, enabling cover-free operation in hazardous environments. This allows for adjusting alarm thresholds, performing concentration calibration, zero calibration, silencing alarms, restoring factory settings, accessing menus, reviewing records, and calibrating 4mA and 20mA outputs (required when calibrating other data acquisition devices). This significantly enhances operational safety and convenience.
The device features a 2.5-inch high-definition color display (LCM) that clearly shows real-time concentration, time, temperature, humidity, storage status, and other information. It can simultaneously monitor concentrations of 1 to 6 gases along with temperature and humidity. The menu interface uses high-definition simulated icons to display menu function names, paired with concise Chinese or English operation prompts for user-friendly operation. Additionally, three display modes are switchable: simultaneous display of multiple gas concentrations, large-font cyclic display of single-channel gas concentration, and real-time curves. Each channel can be automatically or manually cycled, and settings can be configured to display maximum/minimum values, gas names, or historical curve graphs, making data viewing more intuitive.
IIIII. Precise Monitoring and User-Friendly Features
To ensure monitoring accuracy, the instrument incorporates automatic zero tracking to prevent drift, temperature compensation, and multi-level calibration capabilities. It simultaneously complies with national standards and regional/provincial metrology bureau requirements. Additionally, the device features data recovery functionality that automatically identifies and prevents incorrect concentration calibration operations, mitigating adverse effects from improper handling.
During operation, the instrument logs calibration records, maintenance logs, and troubleshooting solutions. It alerts users when sensor lifespans expire and suggests next calibration intervals, providing thoughtful maintenance support to enhance device management and usage efficiency.
