The main principle is: the sampling unit collects the flue gas or the gas to be measured on site, the pretreatment unit cools down, dehumidifies, filters dust, and keeps the temperature and humidity of the gas to be measured constant within a certain range, the gas detection unit detects and analyzes the gas being transported, displays the concentration of the gas to be measured in real time on the display screen, and transmits the data signal to terminals such as PLC or computers, or transmits it to local environmental protection bureaus or cloud servers through wireless GPRS or the Internet. Users then read the data from the server to achieve global network monitoring and analysis. The whole process is automated and does not require human intervention.
TH-2000-C Gas On-line Pretreatment Monitoring System is suitable for gas detection and analysis in low dust, high temperature, and high humidity situations. If the dust content of the gas to be measured is high, an automatic backflush system needs to be selected, otherwise the dust filter needs to be manually maintained and cleaned regularly. The TH-2000-C gas pretreatment system has a built-in two-stage electronic condensation dehumidification system and a 0.5-meter fine dust filter sampling head (flange installation), a sampling distance of 40 meters, automatic cooling, automatic drainage, and tar filtration. For the detection and analysis of water-soluble gases and the outdoor freezing environment in winter, to prevent the sampling pipeline from freezing, you need to choose an insulation and electric heating constant temperature control system. If you have high requirements for the dryness and cleanliness of the measured gas, please choose the LB3000 series, which includes an insulation and electric heating constant temperature control system and a two-stage high-efficiency compressor water-cooled dehumidification system, which can stably control the dew point of the gas at 4°C or 5°C

Principle introduction:
The sample gas is processed according to the pressure, temperature, humidity, flow rate, (dust content), and cleanliness that the analyzer can accept.
The main tasks are as follows:
Sample sampling: Use a vacuum sampling pump or a DC brushless pump to extract the sample gas from the flue and other environments
Dust filtration: The measured gas passes through a precision dust filter before entering the sampling pipeline. If it is a high-dust environment, an automatic backflush system can be selected
Cooling treatment: Cooling through the sampling probe and sampling pipeline, the maximum temperature can be treated within 400℃
Optional function: Two-stage electronic condensation dehumidification system, which stabilizes the dew point of the gas at 4℃ or 5℃
Tar treatment: The sample gas is removed after passing through the tar filter Remove tar and residual dust
Gas-water separation: After the sample gas is cooled down through the sampling pipeline, free water appears. The gas-water separator separates the gas, water and residual dust and automatically drains the water
Secondary filtration: Optional according to the humidity on site, secondary water vapor separation
Heating function: This function is optional, heating and heat preservation, to prevent water vapor condensation and partial gas dissolution in water, to prevent sampling pipeline from freezing in winter
Detection and analysis: Real-time detection and display of concentration, and transmission of data in the form of 4-20mA/RS485 signals, or wireless transmission or network transmission to remote servers or environmental protection bureaus, monitoring stations
