Technical Specifications and Product Features of  MIC-1000 Gas Alarm Controller :

● 3.5-inch LCD display with switchable Chinese/English interface (default Chinese)

● Supports connection to various 4-20mA signal devices including gas detectors, temperature/humidity transmitters, pressure transmitters, wind speed transmitters, dust detectors, etc.

● Selectable units: ppm, %Vol, %LEL, ppm, ppb, mg/m³, μmol/mol, μg/m³

● Simultaneous 4-20mA and RS485 inputs; standard configuration includes 8 channels for 4-20mA signals, RS485 input supports 255 addressable nodes, data output supports standard MODBUS-RTU protocol

Optional: 4-20mA output, Ethernet module, fiber optic module, wireless 4G/5G/LoRa, etc.; PC monitoring software, RS485/RS232 converter, USB-RS232 cable (required for computers without serial ports)

● Modular structure design allows multi-level cascading between controllers for expanded input/output channels.

● MIC-1000 Gas alarm controller features data logging capability with standard capacity of 100,000 entries; larger capacity available upon request. Storage interval freely configurable.

Records time, concentration values, alarm information, etc. Can be set to log real-time concentrations or alarm events only (default setting).

Supports SD card storage. Enables on-device viewing of all records, selective record review, and record deletion.

● Three display modes are switchable:

- 5-channel concentration per screen

- Large-font cyclic display of single-channel concentration

- Real-time curve

Automatic or manual cycling between channels is selectable.

Display of maximum/minimum values and gas names is configurable.

Historical curve data can be reviewed.

● Computer monitoring functionality allows connection to a PC via host software for 24/7 continuous real-time concentration monitoring.

Data is automatically stored locally, triggers computer alarms (requires speakers), or allows retrieval of stored records from specific or all probes via the software for data analysis.

Displays maximum/minimum values, averages, historical curves, real-time curves, etc., with export or print capabilities.

● Remote transmission capability: Uploads real-time concentration data from field probes via wired connections; Optional Ethernet or wireless transmission (wireless range: 2km, 5km, or unlimited) supports uploading data to monitoring centers, environmental agencies, or other monitoring devices via LAN, internet, or wireless networks. Uploaded data can be displayed, stored, and analyzed using host computer software or retrieved via custom communication protocols.

● Multi-level alarm point settings with alarm deactivation capability. Distinct alarm tones for different levels, with adjustable volume and frequency.

Alarm types: Concentration alarm, fault alarm.

Alarm modes: Low alarm, high alarm, range alarm.

● Supports remote zero calibration, span calibration, factory reset, and alarm configuration.

● Enables remote firmware upgrades and remote detector control.

● Channel management functions, including channel masking/unmasking and parameter modification.
