The Eranntex Gas Online Monitoring Pretreatment System TH-2000-C operates as follows: a sampling unit collects on-site flue gas or the gas being measured; a pretreatment unit cools, dehumidifies, and filters dust, maintaining the temperature and humidity of the gas within a specified range; a gas detection unit detects and analyzes the incoming gas, displaying real-time gas concentration on a screen and transmitting the data signal to a PLC or computer terminal. Alternatively, the system can be transmitted via wireless GPRS or the Internet to local environmental protection bureaus or cloud servers. Users can then access the data from the server, enabling global networked monitoring and analysis. The entire process is automated, requiring no human intervention.
The Eranntex Gas Online Monitoring Pretreatment System TH-2000-C is suitable for gas detection and analysis in low-dust, high-temperature, and high-humidity environments. If the measured gas has a high dust content, an optional automatic backflush system is required; otherwise, regular manual dust filter cleaning and maintenance is required. The TH-2000-C gas pretreatment system features a built-in two-stage electronic condensation and dehumidification system and a 0.5-meter fine dust filter sampling head (flange-mounted). With a sampling distance of 40 meters, it also provides automatic cooling, drainage, and tar filtration. For the detection and analysis of water-soluble gases and in winter outdoor freezing environments, insulation and an electric heating constant temperature control system are required to prevent freezing of the sampling line. If you require high dryness and cleanliness of the measured gas, choose the LB3000 series. It includes an insulated and electrically heated constant temperature control system and a two-stage, high-efficiency, water-cooled dehumidification system for the compressor, ensuring a stable dew point of 4°C or 5°C.

The Eranntex Gas Online Monitoring Pretreatment System TH-2000-C Features:
Optional explosion-proof and waterproof designs (standard configuration is non-explosion-proof, IP66, and outdoor-ready) ensure fast, reliable, and stable detection.
The gas analysis unit can be internally or externally located.
The standard sampling distance is 30-40 meters, and with the optional vacuum pump, the maximum sampling distance exceeds 70 meters.
The standard pretreatment temperature is 400°C. The TH-2000-C standard model can pretreat flue gas up to 1300°C, and the LB3000 can pretreat flue gas up to 2000°C.
Optional: A 9-inch display can be integrated to display various probe parameters and control other devices. Optional features: Network transmission, 4-20mA input, RS485 input, 4-20mA output, RS485 communication.

The Eranntex Gas Online Monitoring Pretreatment System TH-2000-C Principle:
The sample gas is processed according to the analyzer's acceptable pressure, temperature, humidity, flow rate, dust content, and cleanliness. The main functions are as follows:
Sample Collection: A vacuum sampling pump or brushless DC pump extracts sample gas from the flue or other surrounding environment.
Dust Filtration: The measured gas passes through a precision dust filter before entering the sampling line. An optional automatic backflush system is available for high-dust environments.
Temperature Cooling: The sample probe and sampling line provide cooling, capable of processing gases up to 400°C.
Optional: A two-stage electronic condensation dehumidification system maintains a stable dew point of 4°C or 5°C.
Tar Treatment: The sample gas passes through a tar filter to remove tar. Tar and residual dust
Gas-water separation: After the sample gas cools down in the sampling line, free water is generated. The gas-water separator separates the gas, water, and residual dust, and automatically drains the sample.
Secondary filtration: Optional, based on site humidity, provides secondary water vapor separation.
Heating: This optional function provides heating and insulation to prevent condensation and partial gas dissolution, and to prevent freezing in the sampling line in winter.
Detection and analysis: Real-time concentration detection and display, with data transmitted via 4-20mA/RS485 signals, or wirelessly or over the network to a remote server, environmental protection agency, or monitoring station.
Flow regulation: Controls the gas intake.
Gas switching: Switches between the measured gas, standard gas, or air.
