ERANNTEX Online Combustible Gas Pretreatment Monitoring System (Explosion-Proof Type)
Brand: ERANNTEX
Specifications
SKU: ERANNTEX Online Combustible Gas Pretreatment Monitoring System (Explosion-Proof Type)
The Eranntex Online Combustible Gas Pretreatment Monitoring System (explosion-proof type) is suitable for gas detection and analysis in low-dust, high-temperature, and high-humidity environments. If the measured gas has a high dust content, an optional automatic backflush system is required; otherwise, regular manual maintenance and cleaning of the dust filter is required. It features a built-in electronic condenser, a high-efficiency dehumidification system, and a 0.5-meter fine dust filter sampling head (flange-mounted). It has a sampling distance of 40 meters and features automatic cooling, drainage, and tar filtration. For water-soluble gas detection and analysis, and in winter outdoor freezing environments, an insulated and electrically heated constant temperature control system is required to prevent freezing of the sampling line. For demanding dryness and cleanliness of the measured gas, choose the TH3000 series, which includes an insulated and electrically heated constant temperature control system and a two-stage, high-efficiency, water-cooled compressor dehumidification system, ensuring a stable dew point of 4°C or 5°C.
The Eranntex Online Combustible Gas Pretreatment Monitoring System (Explosion-Proof Type) Features:
Explosion-proof and waterproof design with IP66 protection rating, outdoor-grade design, fast, reliable, and stable detection.
Isolation explosion-proof enclosure: Dimensions 800mm*600mm*320mm, explosion-proof rating Exde II BT4.
Large, multi-angle, tiltable 7-inch color touchscreen display with a wide operating temperature range. The standard sampling distance is 30-40 meters, with an optional vacuum pump for a maximum sampling distance of over 70 meters.
Equipped with a 0.5-meter fine dust filter sampling head; the standard pretreatment temperature is 400°C. The TH-2000 can pretreatment flue gas up to 1300°C, and the TH3000 can pretreatment flue gas up to 2000°C.
Integrated display of various probe parameters and control of other devices.
Network transmission, 4-20mA input, RS485 input, 4-20mA output, and RS485 communication.
A built-in electronic condenser with a high-efficiency dehumidification system provides automatic cooling, drainage, and filtration.
An optional constant temperature control system automatically activates heating at low temperatures, allowing the analyzer to be used in extremely cold regions.
An optional electric heating constant temperature control system (sampling line) heats the sample gas to a set temperature to prevent condensation. The temperature can be set between 120°C and 200°C. A 10-meter electric heating line is standard, with other lengths available. Optional features: automatic backflush system, wireless transmission, audible and visual alarms, data printing, Linux operating system, 16GB high-capacity SD memory card.
The Eranntex Online Combustible Gas Pretreatment Monitoring System (explosion-proof type) operates as follows:
The sample gas is processed according to the analyzer's acceptable pressure, temperature, humidity, flow rate, dust content, and cleanliness level. It primarily performs the following tasks:
Sample Collection: A vacuum sampling pump or brushless DC pump extracts the sample gas from the pipeline.
Dust Filtration: The measured gas passes through a precision dust filter before entering the sampling pipeline. For high-dust environments, an automatic backflush system is required.
Cooling: The sampling probe and sampling pipeline are cooled, capable of processing gases up to 2000°C.
Heating: Heats and insulates the sample gas to prevent condensation and the dissolution of some gases (optional).
Dehumidification: Two-stage, high-efficiency condensation and dehumidification. The wet system maintains a stable dew point of 4°C or 5°C.
Gas-water separation: After the sample gas cools down in the sampling line, free water is generated. The gas-water separator separates the gas, water, and residual dust, and automatically drains the water.
Secondary filtration: A secondary water vapor separation is performed based on the humidity level on site.
Signal acquisition: The sensor reacts with the measured gas, detecting a gas signal that is amplified and analyzed by a circuit to determine the concentration of various gas components.
Detection and analysis: Concentrations are detected and displayed in real time, and data is transmitted via 4-20mA/RS485 signals. Data can also be transmitted wirelessly or over the network to a remote server, environmental protection agency, or monitoring station.
Flow control: Controls the intake volume of gas.

The Eranntex Online Combustible Gas Pretreatment Monitoring System (explosion-proof type) Product Installation:
This system consists of a sampling probe placed on the chimney and an analysis cabinet.
1. The sampling probe is responsible for flue gas sampling, and the built-in stainless steel filter element is used to filter dust in the flue gas (the sampling components mainly include: sampling probe and sample conveyor. The sampling probe can be equipped with a backflush system as needed);
(1) The sampling probe docking flange is a DN50 flange plate according to the GB9119.2-88 standard.
(2) The length of the flange plate and the chimney connecting pipe is recommended to be greater than 500mm, and the inner diameter of the connecting pipe is greater than 25mm.
(3) When welding the flange, make sure that the flange mounting hole is perpendicular to the chimney.
2. The analysis cabinet integrates the pretreatment system and analyzer and completes the measurement of gas components; it is installed in a place where it is easy to view the data.
