Specifications

SKU: ERANNTEX DOAS-3000 Online Differential Ultraviolet Gas Analyzer

Model:DOAS-3000
The Eranntex DOAS-3000 Online Differential Ultraviolet Gas Analyzer is primarily used in the gas analysis industry, primarily for flue gas emissions, desulfurization and denitrification, boiler exhaust, VOCs exhaust emissions, and sewage pipe gas analysis.

The Eranntex DOAS-3000 Online Differential Ultraviolet Gas Analyzer features a high-efficiency, two-stage condensation dehumidification and dust removal pretreatment system and an integrated automatic control design, effectively reducing SO2 loss and preventing water vapor interference. It utilizes differential absorption gas (DOAS) technology, offering minimal temperature drift and high measurement accuracy, capable of measuring ultra-low concentrations. The instrument utilizes a long-life pulsed xenon lamp cold light source, resulting in a short warm-up time and a long service life. It also features a built-in long-pathlength gas cell and a dual-range design for NOx and SO2 analysis, with automatic range switching based on concentration. It offers a low detection limit, is unaffected by moisture and dust, and exhibits strong anti-interference capabilities, preventing cross-interference between gases. A built-in heating device automatically activates at low temperatures, ensuring operation in extremely cold regions. The instrument runs on the Linux operating system and supports both Chinese and English input, making it easy for users to enter information such as sampling locations. It utilizes an industrial high-speed embedded computer for precise control and fast speed.

The Eranntex DOAS-3000 Online Differential Ultraviolet Gas Analyzer has developed a microcomputer database and communication system software for Windows, enabling microcomputer communication for storage and printing. It features a rich user-interface interface, supporting devices such as a mouse, USB flash drive, keyboard, touchpad, and printer. The concentration curves of various flue gas components are displayed in real time, with adjustable display scale. Automatic and manual measurement modes are available, and in automatic mode, the single measurement time and number of measurements can be set. The instrument features a self-diagnosis function that generates a fault report after detection, facilitating maintenance. Flue gas conversion can be performed using either a baseline oxygen content or a conversion coefficient. The instrument has a large 16GB data storage capacity, allowing for the creation of daily folders to store test data. Optional automatic backflush, dilution, and electric heating systems are also available. The standard sampling distance is 30-40 meters, and with the optional vacuum pump, the maximum sampling distance exceeds 70 meters. The system can detect and analyze flue gas temperatures up to 1300°C. Detection and analysis of higher temperatures requires customization.
