ERANNTEX DOAS-2000 Online Differential Ultraviolet Gas Analyzer
Brand: ERANNTEX
Specifications
SKU: ERANNTEX DOAS-2000 Online Differential Ultraviolet Gas Analyzer
The Eranntex DOAS-2000 Online Differential Ultraviolet Gas Analyzer features a high-efficiency, two-stage condensation dehumidification and dust removal pretreatment system with integrated automatic control, effectively minimizing SO2 loss and preventing water vapor interference. Utilizing Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy (DOAS) technology, it offers minimal temperature drift, high measurement accuracy, and is capable of measuring ultra-low concentrations. The instrument utilizes a long-life pulsed xenon lamp cold light source, resulting in a short warm-up time and a long service life. It also features a built-in long-pathlength gas cell and a dual-range design for NOx and SO2 analysis, with automatic range switching based on concentration. It offers a low detection limit, is unaffected by moisture and dust, and exhibits strong anti-interference capabilities, preventing cross-interference between gases. A built-in heating device automatically activates at low temperatures, enabling operation in extremely cold regions.
The Eranntex DOAS-2000 Online Differential Ultraviolet Gas Analyzer is equipped with a Windows-based microcomputer database and communication system software, enabling microcomputer communication for storage and printing. The concentration curves of each flue gas component are displayed in real time, and the curve display ratio is adjustable. The measurement mode can be selected from automatic and manual modes. In automatic mode, the single measurement time and number of measurements can be set. It has a fault self-detection function, which generates a fault report after detection to facilitate user maintenance. Flue gas conversion methods include conversion based on baseline oxygen content and conversion coefficient. The device has a large data storage capacity of 16GB, and folders can be created by day to store daily test data. An automatic backflush system and dilution system are optional. The standard sampling distance is 30-40 meters, and the maximum sampling distance with an optional vacuum pump exceeds 70 meters. Flue gas temperatures up to 1300°C can be analyzed. Analyzing flue gas at higher temperatures requires custom ordering.
