This automatic grinding and polishing machine is a single-disc desktop machine. It is a new generation of grinding and polishing equipment with high precision and automatic sample making process manufactured according to international standards and adopting international advanced technology.
The rotation direction of the grinding disc can be selected and the grinding disc can be replaced quickly; the multi-sample clamping tester and pneumatic single-point loading and other functions. The machine adopts advanced microprocessor control system, so that the rotational speed of the grinding disc and grinding head can be adjusted steplessly, and the sample pressure and time setting is intuitive and convenient. The grinding and polishing process can be completed by simply changing the polishing disc or sandpaper and fabric. Therefore, this machine shows a wider range of applications.

2. Pneumatic single point loading can support grinding and polishing of 6 specimens at the same time.
3. The rotation direction of the working disc can be chosen at will. The grinding disc can be changed quickly.

5. Sample preparation pressure and time setting is straightforward and convenient. Grinding and polishing process can be realized by changing grinding discs or sandpaper and polishing fabric.
