Product Overview
The TA8320 series digital insulation resistance tester is designed for insulation testing and preventative maintenance of electrical equipment. It can quickly assess the insulation performance of motors, transformers, cables, distribution cabinets, and various power equipment, and is widely used in power systems, industrial manufacturing, building electrical systems, equipment maintenance, and quality inspection. The TA8321A offers three test voltage ranges: 250V, 500V, and 1000V, suitable for insulation testing of low-voltage power distribution systems, electrical equipment, and household appliances. The TA8322A adds a 2500V high-voltage testing capability, meeting the insulation withstand voltage testing needs of high-voltage cables, large motors, transformers, and industrial equipment. Both instruments are equipped with a Guard shield, effectively reducing measurement errors caused by surface leakage current and improving the accuracy and stability of test results. In addition to insulation resistance testing, the instrument also supports AC 750V voltage detection, allowing confirmation of line energization before testing and improving on-site safety. A large LCD simultaneously displays the test voltage and insulation resistance values and features automatic locking, over-range warning, and low battery alert functions. The TA8322A also provides an insulation resistance alarm, enabling rapid identification of equipment with abnormal insulation performance and improving on-site testing efficiency. The product supports both battery and external power supply, making it suitable for on-site inspections and long-term continuous testing.
