S600-ExIR2-UV point type infrared / UV flame detector contains two infrared wavelength sensors and a highly sensitive imported UV/ultraviolet sensor and optical filter. The ultraviolet sensor can respond to ultraviolet radiation at the moment of fire and explosive ignition. The other two infrared sensors, one has the highest sensitivity to the CO2 emission spectrum (4.4μm), and the other interferes with ambient light and heat radiation For detection, the detector makes a composite judgment on the ultraviolet and infrared signals generated in the event of a fire, and performs multi-signal processing in conjunction with the logical comprehensive judgment of the flame flicker frequency to minimize false alarms and the best fire detection performance required. The flame detector has an early warning function for the fire of organic materials such as hydrocarbons and the fire of inorganic materials.

Description

Point-type infrared/ultraviolet flame detectors (hereinafter referred to as “detectors”) are infrared/ultraviolet flame detection devices manufactured by our company. This product utilizes high-performance infrared/ultraviolet photosensitive components and microcontroller technology, combined with precision SMD manufacturing processes. Featuring compact size and easy installation, it delivers superior sensitivity, excellent repeatability, temperature/humidity adaptability, extended service life, and user-friendly operation.

The point-type infrared/ultraviolet flame detector integrates an infrared wavelength sensor, imported UV sensor, and optical filter. The UV sensor detects ultraviolet radiation immediately upon ignition of fires or explosives, while the infrared sensor eliminates interference from ambient light and thermal radiation background. Featuring multiple signal processing algorithms combined with logical synthesis of flame flicker frequency, this detector maximizes false alarm suppression and achieves optimal fire detection performance. Its specialized fire signal processing method and multi-sensor detection technology significantly enhance sensitivity and response time, with automatic sensitivity adjustment according to environmental conditions. Suitable for various high-risk environments including oil refineries, pipelines, chemical plants, coking facilities, oil depots, liquefied gas stations, CNG/LNG storage, wine cellars, spray booths, drilling platforms, urban gas systems, boiler rooms, metallurgical industries, pyrotechnic operations, military equipment, naval vessels, and power plants. The detector provides early warning capabilities for both hydrocarbon-based organic material fires and inorganic fire hazards.
